CCA Global proudly announces the winners of the CCA Women in Leadership Awards 2025, held on Tuesday 11 November in Manchester. The event celebrated exceptional women driving innovation and excellence across the customer service and experience sectors.

Created to recognise women at all levels of leadership, the awards shine a light on those shaping the industry’s future, fostering inclusive cultures, and delivering outstanding results across both private and public sectors.

CCA’s Executive Chair, Anne Marie Forsyth, said:
"Today has been a truly inspiring celebration of the incredible talent within our industry. I extend my warmest congratulations to all our winners. Their achievements reflect their dedication, innovative spirit, and unwavering commitment to leadership excellence. The calibre of finalists was exceptional, and we’re proud to provide a platform that elevates their success and inspires the next generation of leaders."

The ceremony followed a rigorous judging process, celebrating leaders recognised for their skill, vision, and impact.

A highlight of the day was a keynote from Emma J Bell, author of The True You, who explored how genuine confidence can be cultivated by rewiring our thinking. She offered practical tools for reducing anxiety, leading with calm, and embracing self-compassion—reminding attendees that true leadership starts within.

The programme also featured a lively panel discussion, The Real Power of Leadership, with Lindsay Kirk (Scottish Widows), Lindsay Harrison (The Very Group), Sharon Johnston, (CCA Global), Carly Loveridge (Currys), Stephen Pier (NatWest), and Diane Burke (CalMac Ferries). Blending humour and honesty, the panellists shared personal stories and insights on authentic, compassionate leadership—highlighting how courage, balance, and self-awareness can empower both leaders and teams.
