CCA Global is delighted to announce the shortlist of CCA Women in Leadership Awards 2025, a groundbreaking programme designed to celebrate and recognise exceptional women in customer service and customer experience roles, across private and public sectors.
These awards mark a significant step forward in CCA’s commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity within the community.
The CCA Women in Leadership Awards offer a unique platform to acknowledge leadership excellence at all levels, inviting applications from a broad spectrum of organisations, including in-house operators, outsourcing and BPO providers, as well as academic, technology, training, and supplier communities.
CCA’s Executive Chair, Anne Marie Forsyth, commented, "A huge congratulations to all the shortlisted nominees of this prestigious awards programme. It reflects our ongoing dedication to recognising and promoting the invaluable contributions of leaders in our industry. The calibre of entries was exceptional, and it is now over to the judging panel for the unenviable job of choosing the winners of each category.
