The CCA BPO Users Forum is a confidential peer-to-peer space designed exclusively for organisations that outsource all or part of their customer operations, or are currently considering outsourcing as part of their strategy.
 

This forum provides the opportunity to openly discuss challenges, experiences and best practice with industry peers in a trusted environment. To maintain the integrity and openness of the conversation, BPO and outsourcing providers are not permitted to attend.

Hosted by Pauline Cochrane, Head of Research & Partnerships at CCA, this session will feature contributions from Mark Hayes, Head of Customer Partnerships at FSCS. Drawing on recent firsthand experience, Mark will share practical insights on procurement, transition and exit activity, alongside the realities of managing outcome-based contracts. The discussion will also explore some of the challenges organisations face particularly within regulated and public sector environments.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives and learn from others navigating similar outsourcing decisions and partnerships.
