CCA Women in Leadership Forum - Learning from Leadership in Action

The latest CCA Women in Leadership Network brought together members for an open and collaborative discussion exploring modern leadership, personal growth, and the opportunities and challenges presented by artificial intelligence.

Following the launch of the CCA Women in Leadership Forum 2026 in February, this next session brings the conversation closer to real leadership experience.

We were delighted to welcome Catherine Lennon, Senior Customer Service Executive at Uisce Éireann (Irish Water), who shared insights from her own leadership journey.

Catherine brings extensive experience in customer service leadership, operational transformation, and strategic delivery within one of Ireland’s most significant public service organisations.

Most recently, she has led a major AI capability programme and overseen the procurement and tender process for a strategic BPO partnership, giving her valuable insight into transformation, innovation, and leading change at scale.

Alongside her leadership role, Catherine is also a judge for both the CCA Excellence Awards and the Women in Leadership Awards, where she supports and champions excellence, innovation, and the development of future leaders across the industry.
