Frequently Asked Questions

CCA Inspire® is a practical leadership development programme designed for Team Managers and Team Leaders working in customer operations.

Completely refreshed for 2026, the programme focuses on the realities managers face every day – balancing people and performance, navigating change, handling increasingly complex conversations and leading confidently under pressure.

Delivered through a connected series of interactive virtual sessions, Inspire combines expert insight, practical development and peer learning that participants can apply directly within their teams.

CCA Inspire is designed for Team Managers and Team Leaders working in customer operations, including those stepping into greater people-management responsibility.

It is particularly relevant for managers who are taking on greater responsibility for people and performance, leading through change and pressure, or looking to strengthen their confidence and impact with practical approaches they can apply immediately.

Yes. Inspire is suitable for those stepping into greater people-management responsibility as well as experienced Team Managers and Team Leaders who want to strengthen their leadership approach.

The programme is grounded in the everyday realities of leading people and performance, giving participants practical learning they can apply directly within their role.

CCA Inspire is delivered through three interactive virtual development sessions followed by a dedicated follow-up and check-in session:

4 November 2026 | 10.00–12.00
Lead Through Your Strengths – Discover Your Leadership Strengths with Gallup CliftonStrengths®

The programme fee includes all three core interactive virtual sessions and the dedicated follow-up and check-in session in February.

Participants will also complete Gallup CliftonStrengths®, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their individual strengths and how these influence the way they communicate, make decisions and work with others.

CCA Members pay £995 + VAT, Non-Members £1,495 + VAT, and previous Inspire participants can return at the preferential Alumni rate of £895 + VAT

Yes. Peer learning is an important part of CCA Inspire.

Across the interactive virtual sessions, participants will learn alongside a cohort of peers, sharing experiences, challenging their thinking and developing practical approaches they can take back into their everyday leadership roles.

Yes. This is not a repeat of previous Inspire programmes.

CCA Inspire 2026 has been completely refreshed with new contributors, new content and different areas of focus. You may also be a very different leader today from when you first participated, making this an opportunity to revisit your development from a new perspective.

Previous participants can return at the preferential CCA Inspire Alumni rate of £895 + VAT.

The programme begins on 4 November with an interactive virtual session led by Chloe Strauss, leadership development expert and executive coach, Gallup.

Participants will discover their individual leadership strengths, consider how those strengths influence communication, decision-making and collaboration, and look at how understanding the strengths of others can help create high-performing teams.

CCA Inspire is designed as one connected leadership journey:

Lead Through Your Strengths – understand your unique strengths and how they influence the way you lead.

Create Your Own Leadership Style – shape an authentic leadership approach and consider the kind of leader you want and can be.

Everyday Leader – apply your leadership approach consistently through communication, one-to-ones, coaching and everyday team interactions.

Reflect & Grow – reconnect with the cohort, reflect on progress and consider how your learning is being applied in practice.

Yes. Developing managers together can create shared learning and help organisations build greater impact across their teams.

For 5 or more participants, please speak to Katie about group options.

CCA Inspire helps participants better understand themselves as leaders, strengthen how they lead others and turn their learning into everyday practice.

Across the programme, participants will develop greater self-awareness, understand and use their individual strengths, shape an authentic leadership style, strengthen communication, one-to-ones and coaching conversations, and consider how they can create greater engagement and impact within their teams.

CCA Inspire is built around the realities of managing in customer operations today rather than leadership theory alone.

The programme combines expert insight, practical techniques and peer learning, giving managers time and space to better understand themselves, strengthen how they lead and apply their learning directly within their teams.

Importantly, the sessions are connected rather than standalone. The full programme is led and overseen by Rich Alvis, leadership expert and coach, providing continuity throughout the Inspire journey and helping participants connect the learning from each session to their own leadership role.

Participants will develop greater self-awareness and confidence in how they lead, alongside practical approaches they can apply immediately within their role.

The programme will help leaders understand and use their individual strengths, shape their own leadership style, strengthen everyday communication and coaching, inspire others and consider how their leadership approach can create greater impact.

The February follow-up provides an opportunity to reflect on progress, share successes and challenges and consider how the learning is being applied in practice.

No. CCA Inspire is open to both members and non-members.

For organisations considering 5 or more participants, please speak to Katie about group options.

If you're considering Inspire for a Team Manager or Team Leader but are unsure whether the programme is the right fit, please speak to Katie.

We'd be happy to have a short conversation about the individual's role, experience and development priorities, particularly if you're considering developing several managers together.

This can also help if you are considering which two or three managers across your operation would benefit most from participating together.

You can book your place using the booking form on this page.

If you would like to discuss the programme, are considering places for several managers or would like to discuss group options, please contact Programme Manager Katie White at katie.white@cca-global.com or 0141 564 9010.
