We recently hosted a special webinar to launch and explore the 2025 Women in Leadership Awards.

Now in its second year as an official awards initiative, Women in Leadership is far more than a moment of celebration; it’s a space for connection, courage, and contribution. Since its beginnings in 2014, this programme has grown from small conversations into a powerful platform to elevate women’s voices in leadership.

During the session, we explored the impact this initiative has had over the years spotlighting honest conversations around imposter syndrome, authentic leadership, and the importance of peer support. A standout moment? Learning that 97% of attendees at one of our recent online sessions believed they struggled with imposter syndrome… until we unpacked it together and found clarity and confidence in its place. That’s the kind of transformation this programme offers.

What’s new for 2025

This year’s event is being hosted at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on 11 November 2025 will be our most impactful yet. We’ll begin the day with a transformative leadership workshop led by renowned coach Emma Bell, followed by a celebratory afternoon hosted by broadcaster and community champion Kaye Adams.
