The CCA Excellence Awards Judging Panel is made up of an independent group of professionals from all sectors across the customer service operations community.

All Judges must have at least three years’ experience in a senior management position and hold a current CCA membership.

Judges must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of operational processes and have multi-channel experience.

Judging will take place between October and December 2020 and all Judges will be invited to take part in a group session to understand the end to end process, how to score entries, expectations of feedback and time commitments.
