In this session we will explore the opportunities from building a stronger and more diverse workforce who can best respond to customer needs. We'll also be exploring how we ensure we have an inclusive mindset for customers; challenging accessibility to services and how we build a robust and appropriate capability for those who are vulnerable.

This first Leaders' Summit of 2023 will take place on 22 February where Lloyds Banking Group are hosting us at The Mound in Edinburgh - one of the most historic banking buildings in the country. More than 100 senior service and CX leaders from all sectors will discuss and debate DEI, vulnerability and accessibility as businesses work to build improved CX and service operations.
