Energy Saving Trust (EST), an independent organisation dedicated to addressing the climate emergency, has recently achieved a significant milestone. EST is celebrating their latest success with the CCA Global Accreditation for Customer Experience©, marking the completion of their 4th annual assessment.


As a respected and trusted voice on energy efficiency and clean energy solutions, EST continues to work towards a smart, decarbonised, and decentralised energy system.


Reaching over one million customers annually across the UK, EST supports a variety of impactful projects. These include:

  • NEST for Welsh Government, in collaboration with British Gas, providing energy advice to Welsh households struggling with their bills.
  • The Welsh Government Energy Service, in partnership with the Carbon Trust, aiding communities and public sector organisations in developing energy efficiency, renewable energy, and low-carbon transport projects.
  • Power Up!, an affordable warmth advice service for National Scottish Government and Transport Scotland.
  • Initiatives with Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN), Zero Waste Scotland, and Scottish Water.
  • Energy Advice London and Powergrid Care, offering energy advice to households in Northeast, Yorkshire, and northern Lincolnshire.
  • The Sustainable Warmth scheme, promoting and assessing eligibility for Government-funded grants in London and the Southeast of England on behalf of Warmworks.
