CCA Fraud & Risk Best Practice Forum brings together leaders responsible for fraud, risk, customer operations and customer experience to share practical insights and explore the evolving role customer operations plays in preventing, identifying and responding to fraud.

The session also marked the next step in the development of the CCA Fraud & Risk Framework, creating an ongoing community where members can openly discuss emerging challenges, share best practice and learn from one another.
