Hosted by Places for People in Preston, this session will give members the opportunity to hear directly from an organisation actively progressing its transformation agenda. As part of the session, Places for People will share its priority focus areas for 2026/2027, including:

  • Unified Comms Platform – creating a more joined-up, efficient experience across channels and teams

  • Customer Portal – improving digital access, convenience, and self-service for customers

  • AI & Automation – identifying opportunities to enhance performance, insight, and experience through smarter use of technology
