This enables highly personalised shopping and marketing journeys that bring the brand to life for customers.
From its origins in Liverpool’s catalogue retail heritage to becoming a fully digital retailer, Very has continually evolved as consumer behaviour and technology have changed. Today the business continues to innovate across areas including AI-enabled customer service, data-driven personalisation, and large-scale fulfilment operations.
