As part of CCA Raising the Bar: Excellence in Practice, CCA members are invited to a hosted site visit at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in Swansea.
DVLA is a long-standing and highly engaged member of CCA, recognised for its commitment to service excellence, people development and continuous improvement at scale. As a CCA Accredited organisation, with award-recognised programmes and accredited learning and development capabilities, DVLA provides a strong example of how large, complex organisations can raise standards while continuing to evolve.
This session will offer members the opportunity to hear directly from the DVLA team, explore key areas of focus, and gain insight into the approaches, choices and priorities shaping delivery today. Further detail on agenda content and focus areas will be confirmed shortly.
