AI in Action: Redefining Customer Service Excellence
CCA Raising the Bar: Excellence in Practice launches in Dublin on 24 March, bringing together leaders from across Ireland to explore how AI is redefining customer service. Hosted with Capita, Uisce Éireann and AWS, the event will connect the CCA network locally, share practical insight, and open up discussion with organisations shaping the future of customer operations across Ireland.
The session will feature a joint case study from Capita and Uisce Éireann, offering real-world learning on how AI is being applied to service challenges; from enhancing customer and colleague experience to improving efficiency and performance. AWS will also showcase the latest AI capabilities being deployed across customer environments, highlighting both innovation and practical application.
CCA will introduce the CCA AI & Digital Maturity Matrix®, alongside our futures research to 2030. With many organisations focused on governance, risk and responsible adoption, the Matrix provides a structured framework to benchmark capability, strengthen guard-rails, and ensure AI deployment is aligned to strategy, regulation and customer trust. As the first event in this year’s Raising the Bar series, the session sets the tone for a practical, peer-led exploration of what excellence looks like in an AI-enabled future.
