Women in Leadership
Annual Summit & Awards 2025

A day to connect, inspire and celebrate

11 November | The Midland Hotel | Manchester
We invite you to join us for the second annual gathering celebrating Women in Leadership across the CCA network in Manchester on 11 November – a powerful and energising close to 2025.
This Summit and Awards event is a chance to pause, reflect and come together with peers and mentors for an inspiring day packed with insight, conversation, celebration, and a real sense of shared purpose.
We know that leadership isn’t a linear journey – it’s full of twists, growth, doubt and triumph – and this event is designed to reflect that truth.
A highlight of the event will be the announcement and celebration of the winners of the 2025 CCA Women in Leadership Awards recognising those who are making a remarkable impact in their organisations and beyond.

Hosted by award-winning journalist and broadcaster Kaye Adams, this event offers a straight-talking, uplifting space for honest conversations, meaningful insights, and a few well-deserved moments of celebration.
Kaye, who has been hosting CCA’s Women in Leadership sessions for more than two years says;
“These conversations never cease to inspire me and I hope you don’t mind ... we go off in goodness knows what direction .. its always so interesting I always find it so enjoyable and hope you do too.”

Making a difference

This event is one of the most energising moments in the CCA calendar. It’s more than a celebration — it’s a chance to connect with like-minded leaders, reflect on what really matters, and leave with a renewed sense of purpose and momentum.
We’re also proud to support Women’s Aid through this event, with a donation from every ticket going directly to the charity.
