In this virtual session, we'll share and discuss new research and benchmarking results from CCA's recent thought leadership programme on "Attracting and Retaining the Right Talent for Future Success".
The results show how organisations have responded to the recruitment crisis, new approaches to flexible working, skills development, and building and implementing new team structures. Responses from more than 50 leading brands from private and public sectors across the UK & Ireland explored questions including:
- How do you successfully attract, recruit, onboard and skill colleagues?
- Is your training and development equipping colleagues with the support, skills, and strategies they need to deliver a great customer experience?
- As digital adoption increases, do we understand the skill set required for customer facing roles? What qualities are most important?
- What are the most effective ways of onboarding, training, and coaching teams? What technologies are proving successful?
In this session, Pauline Cochrane, Head of Research & Partnerships at CCA will be discussing and exploring the findings along with Graham Brown, Chief Revenue Officer from programme partners HGS
