Our Global Standard VIP Celebration Lunch took place in Edinburgh this June, with sixty special guests in attendance. Organisations came from across a wide variety of industries to celebrate the one thing they all have in common: a dedication to customer service excellence.
Those who attended were awarded their CCA Global Standard© accreditations, marking them out as CX leaders. While many are undergoing transformation, increasing their focus on digital or overhauling aspects of their business; customer service always remains at the forefront of their vision, and the award recognises their dedication to their customers.
