2020 was a year to remember and not always for the right reasons. However one thing is for sure; the success or otherwise of organisations was predicated on the service they offered throughout the pandemic.

Anxious customers will remember organisations that adapted quickly, providing good channels for important communications. Those that had customers at the heart of decisions and in the DNA of their operations.

CCA has been working with exemplars in the network in private and public sectors and we are excited to announce the shortlist for CCA Excellence Awards. On 19th March at 4pm we will announce the winners at an online celebratory event hosted by comedian and broadcaster Fred Macaulay.

CCA Chief Executive Anne Marie Forsyth said: 'Many congratulations to all the shortlisted entrants who truly represent the best in customer service. Businesses in the CCA network have been working tirelessly through incredibly challenging times to ensure they continue to provide the best service possible for customers.

'Many lessons have been learned and it is a real privilege to discover the approaches taken to safeguard excellent practices, supporting customers and employees through a significant period of uncertainty.'

We look forward to celebrating successes and publicly recognising and rewarding the winners on 19th March.
