This closed, confidential forum is for businesses that outsource all or part of their service operation currently, or that are considering doing so in the future. Senior executives responsible for the successful management and delivery of outsourcing partnerships will meet to focus on the challenges and opportunities facing businesses through the coming year and beyond.
We’ll be working through a number of agenda items including:
- Shifting requirements in BPO and Outsourcing Relationships
- Re-tender process – what needs to be included to be confident it’s fit for purpose for future changes? eg relevant and appropriate metrics and SLA’s/KPI’s
- Establishing effective practices at contract outset to build appropriate culture and behaviours
NB – no outsourcing or BPO providers will attend. This is a forum specifically for inhouse clients.
