Leadership is changing. Technology is moving quickly, expectations of leaders are shifting and few of us have all the answers.
For our next CCA Women in Leadership session, we’re delighted to be joined by Dénelise L’Ecluse, Chair of the Advisory Board at AI4ALL and former Managing Director Europe at BSI.
Rather than another session about AI, we will use the changes happening around us as the starting point for a wider and very human conversation about leadership: staying curious, having the confidence to challenge, continuing to learn, bringing different perspectives into the room and leading when the route ahead isn’t always clear.
Dénelise will share some of what she is seeing from leaders and boardrooms internationally, before opening up the conversation to the group: what will distinguish the leaders who thrive in the next few years – and what might we need to do differently?
About Dénelise L’Ecluse
Dénelise L’Ecluse is Chair of the Advisory 
Board at AI4ALL and Knowledge & Experience Partner at Hemingway Professional Governance.
She was previously Managing Director Europe at BSI Group (British Standards Institution), where she led the company’s strategic transformation across European markets. Earlier in her career, she spent nine years as Executive Director EMEA and ANZ at OCLC. Her work focuses on AI governance, ethical technology, and the future of leadership and decision-making in the boardroom. In 2023, she was named Woman of the Year by the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce.
