Employee vulnerability in the workplace

During this session, we will share together best practices related to employee vulnerability, recognising its significance in promoting mental well-being and productivity within the workplace. Key areas for discussion are -
- Understanding vulnerability - Exploring what vulnerability means for employees and its impact on individuals and teams
- Building psychological safety & open communication – What strategies do you have to foster psychological safety, where employees feel comfortable expressing their thoughts, concerns, and ideas without fear of judgment or reprisal?
- Managing stress and burnout - Vulnerability can be heightened during times of stress, what strategies do you provide staff with to manage stress and prevent burnout?
- Creating a culture of support – How do you ensure that every team member feels valued and supported? ie promotion of empathy, active listening, and collaboration etc
