Throughout 2019 we’ve seen political upheaval, unprecedented debate about the ways we work, revolutionary digital developments, and exciting new conversations about how to manage everything from robots to resilience – but for us, one constant remains at the centre of it all: the customer. 

For many, the festive period marks a time for pause and reflection, to take stock of the year gone by and to consider the things that really matter. CCA has had an exciting year, with the launch of Version 7 of CCA Global Standard©, a new innovative approach to develop and coach emerging leaders in CCA Inspire© - and most recently, CCA’s 25th Annual Convention. And to round the year off, we're planning some new and invigorating initiatives for 2020.
