Set your challenges, map out a customer journey and then generate ideas through prototyping activities to solve customer problems. Using IDEA (Oracle’s open source innovation process that bridges the gap between CXJM and idea execution) this practical, interactive session will give you:


  • Hands-on experience to frame a business challenge
  • Consider a customer’s journey and their behaviours, attitudes and needs
  • Generate and validate ideas to deliver the desired result

This workshop is fast-paced and uses fictional stories to help explain the mechanics and concepts behind the process.
