Today, 23rd March 2021, is a unique first anniversary - not the sort of one that we celebrate but rather one where we will all be pleased to have some distance from.

Lockdowns have been labelled a giant social experiment both in terms of the ways our personal lives have been altered, but critically the huge shift in the way we work.

If we believe that every cloud has a silver lining then it’s certainly true that the CCA network has created a rich tapestry of experience from which individual brands in all sectors can choose a suitable direction of travel for the next phase of planning their winning customer strategy.
