New research from CCA, in partnership with Twilio, states that organisations need to be simpler, better and faster with customer service in 2018.

The research which surveyed 80+ senior customer service executives found that businesses were challenged in four main areas, namely:
  • Better equipping colleagues to deal with more complex enquiries from customers
  • Understanding how technology can better support employee and customer needs
  • Meet growing demands from customers for simpler and more effective service
  • Maximising on how digital channels can ensure service is more agile and flexible
