Gas Networks Ireland owns, operates, builds and maintains the natural gas network in Ireland with a strategy to provide safe, sustainable, efficient and reliable services to all customers.

As well as a tour of the award winning Networks service centre and facilities, we will explore the guiding principles used by the GNI team to embed customer centricity and how the customer centricity score is influencing future plans.

We will also hear from the training team how they use real-life scenarios to help prepare front line teams for emergency response.
