CCA Excellence Awards 2018


Each year, individuals and teams who have achieved extraordinary success or shown extraordinary leadership, passion and commitment, are recognised through the Excellence Awards programme, at the prestigious CCA Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony.

Winning is important, as is the process of collaborative learning; entering, receiving independent feedback and networking to accelerate improvements.

CCA Excellence Awards set the benchmark for customer service excellence. This can be presented in many forms from large PLC’s to small local authorities. All submissions are judged on individual merits and often the flexibility and agility in approach can offer the most innovative ideas for transformation.
