We introduced a new membership service in January called “CCA Wake Up Calls”, giving us the opportunity to engage with our members in a series of short, sharp and informative online sessions.  

For January we focussed on motivation and leadership - a team of members logged on to listen to a fantastic presentation from Ros Taylor, who estimates that bad leadership costs this country about £6bn a year .. fascinating stuff!

In February our focus was service to sales and Helen Murray, Director at Verint Consulting, took us through the results of a research project, providing our members with much to consider in terms of fully understanding what your customers think and how they behave as a result of contact with your own organisation.  

Feedback from our first two calls has been very positive so look out for the March date soon!

Collaboration and learning from our peers has never been easier - we have more opportunity now than ever before by the simple application of new and innovative technologies. Social media presents a whole new set of challenges for us all – but where would we be without voice?
