Inspire Inclusion: The Theme of International Women's Day 2024

Aligned with the International Women's Day 2024 campaign theme, 'Inspire Inclusion,' the CCA Women in Leadership Awards spotlight the remarkable achievements of women across various stages in their career journey. The campaign theme underscores the importance of inspiring others to understand and value women's inclusion, creating a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.

Anne Marie Forsyth, CEO of CCA, commented: "There are so many talented women leaders in the CCA network and beyond, and it’s important we take the opportunity on International Women’s Day to celebrate success in all its forms and at all levels within the business."

Celebrating diversity in leadership

The awards programme encourages applications from women in in-house operators, outsourcing and BPO providers, as well as the technology, training, and supplier communities.
