Gas Networks Ireland owns, operates, builds and maintains the natural gas network in Ireland. The strategy is to provide safe, sustainable, efficient and reliable services to all customers with a team of people who are engaged and empowered and can live the organisation’s values. 

Throughout the day the team will provide insights into: 

  • Customer Centricity  - how to revive and re-energise CX 
  • Employee Engagement - how this directly relates to continued customer focus
  • Emergency Response - how the use of real life scenarios helps prepare front line teams

Delegates will have the opportunity to take part in a facilitated tour of the award winning site. 

The day will conclude with a deep dive into the topics presented with the opportunity to share learnings and own best practice examples with peers.
