Everyday Leader – Context, Consistency and Challenge

Building on the earlier sessions in the CCA Inspire – Leadership for a Changing World programme, this session brings together the learning so far – moving from understanding your strengths and shaping your leadership style to applying it in practice every day.

Leadership happens through conversations, decisions, challenges and the way you show up for your team. This session will focus on how to put authentic leadership into practice while adapting to different situations and maintaining consistency in your approach.

What you’ll explore:

  • Bringing together your learning from across the Inspire programme
  • Bringing your authentic leadership style into your everyday role
  • Understanding context and knowing when to adapt your approach
  • Building consistency in the way you lead
  • ​Making communication, one-to-ones and coaching conversations more effective

Turning insight into practical leadership behaviours that strengthen engagement and impact

The learning will then continue with a one-hour follow-up and check-in session on Tuesday 23 February, giving the group an opportunity to reconnect, reflect on progress and share how they have been applying the Inspire learning in practice.
