Our second Future of CX Session will be hosted at Sky’s campus in Livingston.
This event will provide insight into why Sky made the investment in Messenger and explore the application of social media strategy on CX.
As part of this event there will be the opportunity to tour Sky’s customer experience centre and see the Messenger service in action.
The day will also incorporate case study examples of social media strategies from design to implementation.
