Yesterday I was invited to join the debate on the Jeremy Vine show on BBC Radio 2 talking about that old chestnut – offshoring to India.

A new twist to the debate, however, was that the cost differential is no longer the biggest factor as the value of Sterling is depressed and operational property costs are low during the recession in areas such as Burnley. CCA’s point as ever was that whilst cost will remain a core factor, the key differential must be aligning your brand with the needs of your customer in terms of the quality of service offered.
